Changes may be possible if the order is not already started.  All changes will need to be in writing.  Please reach out to customerservice@here2createmore.com.

It may be possible to cancel an order if that order has not be packed.  There will be a 10% fee on all cancelations.  Please reach out to customerservice@here2createmore.com.

Shipping times are listed by product.  Your order will ship by the latest date of any product in your cart.  If you order product with 1-2 days and a product with 5-7 days.  The whole order will ship together within the 5-7 days.  We process orders daily except major holidays and usually ship before expected time frames.

Some classes can be rescheduled online.  Those that cannot, please gives us a call.  The deposit is to cover the cost of supplies that have already been prepared for your project.  Most classes can be rescheduled but some may not due to the use of supplies.  Please call for more information.  832-429-3013

We do not offer any returns or refunds.  If your order is not correct, please contact us within 14 days.  We will make it right.  It is  in our sole discretion to make it again or to issue a refund.

All custom items are made to order and include a design fee.  If we made an error and the end result is not what was agreed upon when purchasing, we will make it right at no charge to you.  We cannot change the design again from the original order.  If you choose to not have the item remade, we charge a 25% design fee and you will be refunded the remaining amount.
